Divider Sheets (Solid and Corrugated)
Divider sheets, or layer pads, are designed for placement between layers of product to protect and stabilize contents during storage and transport. They are used in place of corrugated and solid fiberboard divider sheets to minimize contamination from dust and airborne particles found in the manufacturing and process environment.

Solid Plastic Divider Sheets
Solid plastic divider sheets are ideal for aluminum and steel cans; plastic bottles and other rigid packaging. These sheets have a maximum width of 58 inches and thicknesses from .025" to .185". Divider Sheets are manufactured in polypropylene plastic and are designed for re-use and offer greater cleanliness, strength and moisture resistance than corrugated or solid fiberboard divider sheets. The 100% plastic design reduces the product contamination that can occur from dust, fiber and splinters found in these alternative sheet materials.
Corrugated Plastic Divider Sheets
Corrugated plastic divider sheets are constructed of corrugated plastic, with sealed edges... are a completely hygienic solution. They are ideal for moving glass bottles and are available in appropriate thicknesses.
